Justin Vandergrift

 Mr. Vandergrift is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chadwick Investment Group Inc and is responsible for all day to day operations of the firm. Mr. Vandergrift’s interest in the futures markets began while in high school. During college he read and studied as many books as possible on futures and options trading trying to find the ‘edge’ in his personal trading. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1996, he started with John Hill’s Futures Truth Company and Commodity Research Institute. Futures Truth was a company who would independently review and evaluate trading systems. While with Futures Truth he studied as many commodity trading systems as he could. He continued his systems research while with Futures Truth. In 1997 Mr. Vandergrift started the futures brokerage firm as a sole proprietor. Chadwick Investment Group Inc was registered as an Introducing Broker from 2003 – 2012.  In 2006 the firm registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and in 2011 the firm registered as a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO).

Mr. Vandergrift’s own system research lead him to trend following. The programs that we offer now are the results of Mr. Vandergrift’s research on Trend Following going back more than 15 years. Mr. Vandergrift is the principal of Chadwick.
